1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using www.shrayarchy.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. About Us
“Shray Archy”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to the brand operating this website.
“User”, “you”, or “your” refers to anyone accessing or using the site.
3. Products & Nature of Work
All products are handmade and may have slight variations in color, shape, or finish. These are not defects but part of the handmade process.
Proper care is required. We are not liable for damage caused due to mishandling, improper use, or disregard of care instructions.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Physical products are shipped within India only
- Orders are processed within 5–12 business days
- Delivery takes approximately 5–7 business days after dispatch
Once shipped, delivery timelines are subject to courier partners and are beyond our control.

5. Failed Deliveries & RTO (Return to Origin)
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or non-response:
- The customer is responsible for coordinating with the courier
- If the order is returned (RTO):
- Re-shipping will require additional charges, or
- Refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping costs
6. Proof of Delivery (POD) Disputes
If your order is marked as delivered but not received, you must report it within 48 hours at shrayarchy@gmail.com
Requests raised after this timeframe may not be eligible for investigation.
7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
We only accept requests in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product delivered
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with valid proof (an unedited unboxing video is a must).
All claims are subject to verification. We reserve the right to approve or reject requests based on the proof provided.

8. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- No cancellations will be accepted after 12 hours, regardless of order status
- No cancellations are allowed for custom orders or digital products
Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 7–15 business days to the original payment method.
9. Payments & Currency
All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method.
10. Discounts & Promotions
Discount codes may have conditions such as minimum order value or product applicability.
We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or withdraw offers at any time without prior notice.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, designs, text, and graphics, is the property of Shray Archy.

- Reselling our products without permission is not allowed
