Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

At Shray Archy, each piece is handmade with care. Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns or offer refunds/replacements/exchanges under specific conditions mentioned below.
Eligibility for Returns / Refunds / Replacements / Exchanges
We only accept requests in the following cases:
- Damaged / Defective product received
- Non-Defective but Wrong product delivered
Reporting an Issue
If you face any of the above issues, please email us at shrayarchy8@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
Preferred (Strong Proof):
- A full-length, unedited unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened
Alternative (If video not available):
- Clear images of:
- The damaged product
- The packaging (mandatory)
Important Notes on Proof
- Claims with an unedited unboxing video will be prioritized
- If no video is provided, eligibility will depend on image verification
- Without sufficient proof, the request may be rejected
Resolution Process
After reviewing your request, we may offer one of the following:
- Replacement/Exchange (subject to product availability)
- Return (if required)
- Refund
- No action (if claim is not valid)
Our decision will be based on the proof submitted.
Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 15 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Eligible Cases
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
- Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery
- Damage caused due to usage, mishandling, or wear and tear
- Minor variations, as all products are handmade
- Lack of sufficient proof
Exchanges
Only in case wrong / damaged / defective product has been delivered.
Missing Deliveries
If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours so we can raise a Proof of Delivery (POD) check with the courier.
Shipping Timelines
- Order processing time: 5–12 days
- Delivery time: 5–7 business days (after dispatch)
